Color Accuracy
The configurator offers several ways to select colors. The easiest way is to select the color directly. But you can also take a photo, e.g. of your ambience or a decorative fabric, upload it to the configurator and then take colors directly from it and use them. It is also possible to enter the colors of some color references directly, such as Pantone, RAL and NCS. No matter which method you use, the color values you choose will be implemented in our color laboratory in our manufactory into the recipe for the dyeing process and will correspond to your choice within a marginal tolerance.
Quality & Guarantee
We are crazy about quality. Our claim to every carpet we manufacture in our manufactory must convince with all senses, in the visual execution, in the haptics, load-bearing capacity and even in the smell. We can only achieve this if we have the highest standards when selecting materials and the artists and specialists who carry out the work. For example, for wool we only use very long fibers with 4 to 6 inches and mostly spun as combed yarn, as you know it from very high-quality suits. Should something not be as expected, you can rely on us to find a solution.
Handmade
All our carpets are handmade. Knotted, Persian or Tibetan, hand-woven or tufted. Even the creation of the color recipes for each color used is manually created by hand.
Delivery Time & Express Production
The production of a special and unique carpet must take time. The good news is that we have optimized all steps of the production process so that we have one of the shortest delivery times in the industry. Of course, the delivery time depends on the craftsmanship required: the manufacturing technique, the size of the carpet and the number of colors are the decisive parameters here. If this is not fast enough for you, you can also book the express production option. If you are dependent on a short-term delivery date, simply contact us directly - we have already realized quite a lot here.
