General Terms and Conditions

§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.

Consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders via our online shop www.anna-veda.com .

(2) In the case of the conclusion of a contract, the contract is concluded with

concluded.

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract.

Acceptance of the offer is made in writing or in text form or by sending the ordered goods within 14 days. After the expiry of the deadline without result, the offer is deemed to have been rejected.

(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided for in our online shop.

The order is placed in the following steps:

1) Selection and or configuration of the desired carpets
2) Confirmation by clicking the buttons “Order”
3) Checking the information in the shopping cart
4) Pressing the button "Proceed to checkout"
5) Login in the online shop after registration and entering the registration details (e-mail address and password).
6) Re-checking or correcting the respective data entered.
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the button "order for payment" or "buy"

The consumer can return to the website where the customer's information is recorded by pressing the “Back” button in the internet browser used by him before the binding submission of the order and correct input errors or cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated e-mail (confirmation of receipt). This does not constitute acceptance of the offer. Acceptance of the offer is made in writing, in text form or by sending the ordered goods.
For individually configured carpets, delivery takes place immediately after completion and receipt of full payment.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. You can also view the terms and conditions at any time at https://www.anna-veda.com/agb. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account --> My Orders.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The prices stated include the statutory value added tax and other price components. In addition, there are possible shipping costs.

(2) The consumer has the possibility of payment by prepayment, PayPal, offered credit card(s).

(3) If the consumer has chosen payment by prepayment, he undertakes to pay the purchase price (part, resp. down payment) immediately after conclusion of the contract.
(3) b) Individually configured carpets are manufactured by the values and parameters specified by the consumer for, for example, the size, color, material. A down payment and the estimated shipping costs must be paid by the consumer. After completion of a carpet, the consumer will be informed about this. Now the remaining payment must be made before delivery. The consumer can carry this out under his customer account. If the consumer has ordered several individually configured carpets, he can make the remaining payments for each ordered configured carpet individually or together at any time. After receiving a notification (e.g. by e-mail) about the completion of his individually configured carpet, the respective payment of the remaining amount must be made within 14 days.

§4 Delivery

(1) Currently, all carpets offered are individually configurable, which are only manufactured after the consumer's order according to his specifications. The product pages provide information on the estimated completion date. This completion date is solely for guidance and is not binding due to the exclusively elaborate handwork of the carpets offered. After receipt of the remaining payment for an item, the delivery time is approx. 1 week.

(2) The risk of accidental destruction and accidental deterioration of the sold item is only transferred to the buyer upon handover of the item to the buyer, even in the case of a mail order purchase.

§5 Retention of Title

We retain title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price.
