Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days as of the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or Fax) about your decision to withdraw from this contract to (MARK I UG (limited liability), Lehmweg 9, D-21481 Lauenburg/E, Germany, Telephone: +49 (0) 4153 / 402 999 0 Fax: +49 (0) 4153 / 402 999 1) You can if you wish use the attached model withdrawal form.
You can also electronically complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website revocation. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-Mail) a confirmation of the receipt of such a revocation.
In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will select all payments we have received from you regarding this Agreement, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer) and repay at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fee. We may defer repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or to the return address without delay and in any case not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You pay the direct costs of returning the goods in the amount of approx. 150 EUR. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if and when this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is especially true if we are your lender or if your lender uses it to fund our participation. If the loan has already been received by us upon the revocation taking effect, your lender will act in relation to you in respect of the legal consequences of the revocation or return in our rights and obligations under the contract financed. The latter does not apply if the present contract relates to the acquisition of financial instruments (such as securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as much as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and revoke the loan contract, even if you have a right of withdrawal.
