§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions

(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity can be attributed to(§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders via our Internet shop www.anna-veda.com

(2) In the case of the conclusion of the contract, the contract comes with

conditions.

(3) The presentation of the goods in our Internet shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but are just a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. With the order of the desired commodity the consumer gives a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The acceptance of the offer takes place in writing or by sending the ordered goods within 14 days. After fruitless expiry of the deadline, the offer is considered rejected.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our Internet shop following rules apply: The consumer makes a binding contract offer by successfully going through the order procedure provided in our internet shop.

The order is made in the following steps:

1) Choosing and or configuring the desired carpets
2) Confirm by clicking on the "Order" button 3) Checking the details in the shopping cart
4) Operation of the button "to checkout"
5) Registration in the Internet shop after registration and entry of the applicant details (e-mail address and password).
6) Re-examination or correction of the entered data.
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking on the button "order now" or "buy"

The consumer may prior to the binding sending of the order by pressing the "back" button contained in the Internet browser used by him Control of his information back to the website, on which the information of the customer are recorded and correct input errors or by closing the Internet browsers cancel the order process.
We confirm the receipt of the order directly by an automatically generated e-mail (acknowledgment of receipt). This does not represent an acceptance of the offer. The acceptance of the offer takes place in writing, in text form or by the sending of the ordered goods.
For individually configured rugs, delivery will be completed immediately upon completion and receipt of full payment.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our Internet shop: We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by E-mail too. The terms and conditions can be viewed at any time at https://www.anna-veda.com/agb. You can see your past orders in our customer area under My Account -> My Orders

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The indicated prices include the statutory sales tax and other price components. Add to that any shipping costs.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying per Payment in advance, PayPal, offered credit card (s).
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price (part or deposit) immediately after conclusion of the contract.
(3) b) Individually configured rugs are determined by the consumer's own values and parameters for e.g. the mass, color, material produced. For this a deposit and the probable shipping costs have to be paid by the consumer. After completion of a rug, the consumer will be informed. Now the balance has to be paid before delivery. This can be done by the consumer under his customer account. If the consumer has ordered several individually configured rugs, he can make the remaining payments at any time for each ordered carpet individually or together. Upon receipt of a message (e-mail, for example) of the completion of your custom-configured rug, payment of the remaining amount must be made within 14 days.

§4 delivery

(1) At present, all offered rugs are to be individually configured, which are made only in the consumer order according to his specifications. Information on the expected completion date is determined on the product pages. This completion date is for orientation only and is not binding due to the exclusive elaborate handcraft of the offered rugs. After receiving the final payment for an item, the delivery time is about 1 week.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold thing also passes on the dispatch purchase only with the transfer of the thing to the buyer on this.

§5 retention of title

We reserve the ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.
